The Recording Service specializes in providing videography and audiovisual services for various events, from live-streaming and event filming to hybrid events and more. We take on a production standard equivalent to live local news TV in Atlanta, GA. Clients find we provide the best value for projects with live streaming for up to 10,000 remote audiences and/or up to 2,000 in-person audiences.

The Recording Service’s expertise lies in event filming, audiovisual support, and media production. We primarily focus on providing our clients with appropriate video production services.

 

While we do not typically engage in brand message creation or scriptwriting, we work closely with our clients to bring their vision to life and help them achieve their desired results.

How We Work

Working with us means working with a team of professionals who will guide you through every step of your event. We take care of the technical details so you can focus on the message you want to convey. Generally, a video production project may follow these stages:

Pricing

Depending on the scope of your project, one or more of the items in our pricing catalog and other charges not listed here may be included in your project quote. Here’s our current pricing for your reference:

Note: Prices may be changed at any time, with or without further notice. We reserve the right to change our service prices at any time.

Pre-Production

Preparation that takes place before your event projects, such as planning the audio/visuals, setting up the venue, assigning production crew, and testing equipment.

Production

We arrive 90 minutes before your event start time to set up and check everything. We will operate all the audiovisual (AV) equipment at your event and ensure no technical glitches interrupt it.

Post-Production

We pack up and leave your venue 30 minutes after your event ends. We edit your final video for publishing on your chosen platform. Edits may include adding graphics, fixing text, grading colors, polishing audio, and more.
