How We Provide AV Support

In general, we follow these production stages to ensure we cover the necessary steps for your event’s AV support needs:

Pre-Production

Pre-production is all the preparation before your project's actual time and date. We will have an initial consultation with you to discuss the technical scope of your event.

Production Day

We will arrive 90 minutes before your event schedule to set up and check everything. We want to ensure your event is audience-ready thirty minutes before it starts.

Post-Production

We will pack up and leave your venue 30 minutes after your event.
