Science on Spiritual Health Symposium '23
Emory University’s Science on Spiritual Health Symposium is a teleconference-hybrid event that delves into spirituality and its role in healthcare. The first part of the event explores Compassion-Centered Spiritual Health (CCSH), while the second part focuses on the Center for Psychedelics and Spirituality (ECPS), examining the therapeutic potential of psychedelics and their connection to spirituality.

Video Production: Emory School of Medicine 2020 White Coats Ceremony
To provide a better academic experience for their students, Emory University School of Medicine agreed to our experiment to release teaser snippets of their White Coats 2020 on social media. The experiment succeeded because it increased Emory’s viewership 5x. Read the full Emory White Coats ‘20 story.
Video Production: Emory Healthcare Magnet Recognition
During the COVID pandemic, The Emory University Orthopaedics and Spine Hospital needed to create a video that simulated a site visit as part of their application for Magnet Certification, a recognition of Nursing Excellence. We researched Magnet extensively to understand what the video needed. Coordinating with a Magnet consultant, we assembled a team of broadcast professionals and created the video on an aggressive timeline.
Welcoming Remarks | Boadie W Dunlop, MD, MSCR
The White Coats Ceremony is a rite of passage for medical students emphasizing humanism in medicine. During this traditional ceremony, a white coat is placed on students’ shoulders, signifying their entrance into the medical profession. We produced pre-recorded video materials such as photo montages and messages from the faculty to mix with Dr. Eley’s live address to the students.
Hybrid Event: 2023 Science on Spiritual Health - ECPS - Emory University
This event involved in-person and remote lecturers presenting to hybrid audiences and featured video presentations and interactive Q&A sessions. Initially, the venue was not hybrid-capable, but our audiovisual (AV) experts brought it back to life for this event. We used appropriate technology to integrate the hybrid event experience for presenters and viewers worldwide.
Documentary: Voices of Inner Strength Gospel Choir
This documentary explores the origins of the Voices of Inner Strength Gospel Choir. Founded in 1979, this choir was established within the Emory University Black Student Union. Our producer reached out to stakeholders and alumni alike. We arranged interviews that told the group’s story and distilled the values that make Voices unique.
We showcased the full diversity of its members and history to ensure the message of this video augmented the group’s reach outside the Emory community. This documentary has been featured in the inaugural Alumni choir members’ meeting.

Event AV: Downbeat Daddy Christmas 2022 Concert
Sponsored by Cedar Sinai Hospital, the 6th Annual Acing the GI Exam Review Course aimed to aid the clinical practice of gastroenterologists and hepatologists in patient management. In this event, we provided our award-winning audiovisual services and facilitated a virtual, interactive quiz for the treatment providers.

Video Production: Olii Place Grand Opening
We helped produce a video of the grand opening of the Olii Place in Maudlin, SC, which is an affordable housing project under the partnership of Mercy Housing, City of Mauldin, Greenville County, and South Carolina Housing.

Glenn Memorial Chancel Choir, soloists, and orchestra presented Johann Sebastian Bach’s St. John Passion, one of Bach’s masterpieces. The Recording Service helped Glenn with the following:

Video Production: Court Improvement Initiative (CII)
The Supreme Court of Georgia Committee on Justice for Children’s CII is a conference of judges from 24 jurisdictions across Georgia to foster vigorous discussions and promote shared learning. The Recording Service helped set up the AV needed for both virtual and in-person attendees and guest speakers.
Church Service Live Stream: St. James UMC-Atlanta
We helped minimize technical difficulties during St. James’ church service. The result was smoother visual, audio, and overall live stream qualities that helped get the message of faith across. Read the full St. James-UMC story.
Live Stream: 2021 Atlanta Mayoral Forum
We were honored to live stream the Atlanta Mayoral Forum. In collaboration with WSB-TV, this event was co-sponsored by The League of Women Voters in the United States, Emory University, Urban League of Greater Atlanta - Young Professionals, and ACLU of Georgia.
Emory University School of Nursing - Graduation Ceremony
We’re thrilled to have provided live streaming and event AV support for the Emory University Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing Graduation Ceremony! Many of the students will be pursuing careers in nursing for the first time or starting another advanced nursing degree program. We set up the event’s YouTube live-streaming link and prepared the onscreen name tags (lower thirds). We also created video loops that were played on the stream and onsite screens while waiting for the event to start. Our team integrated live closed captioning on jumbotrons onsite.
