Once The Recording Service captures your event, you can either receive the raw footage or let us edit it first. Getting the raw footage is a great option if you want to apply your own edits or archive the file. If you choose to let us edit your video, we’ll polish it to look more representative of your brand and highlight the most impactful moments. We can edit it to feature a recap that you can easily share on your website, social media channels, and other platforms.
The Recording Service specializes in filming live and hybrid events, as well as company-exclusive videos, graduations, training, etc. Our videography team is a mix of broadcast professionals and business-educated project managers. How We Do Professional Filming
In general, we follow these production stages to ensure we cover the necessary steps for filming your event or other videos:
Pre-Production
Pre-production is all the preparation before your videography project's actual time and date. We will have an initial consultation with you to discuss your event, type of videos you require, and whether you'll need photography or video-editing services. We will also plan and coordinate the logistics of video filming, including setting up and testing equipment.
Production Day
We will arrive 90 minutes before your videography schedule to set up and check everything. We want to ensure that your event is film-ready thirty minutes before we hit the record button.
Post-Production
We will pack up and leave your venue 30 minutes after your event. We can export the raw footage and readily share your event's raw video file with you. If video editing is included in your project scope, we will deliver the final edited video in digital format.
